My name is Torrey Wilhau and I was born and raised in Clarence, Iowa. I have 3 years of experience working in Michelin-reviewed establishments in Chicago along with 7 years focused in the craft of sourdough baking. In 2021 My family and I began the restoration of the old Ford Garage and converted the showroom into our humble bakehouse.
I'm lucky enough to bake most days with my amazing girlfriend Jaya Jones who hails from Columbia, South Carolina. She has an excellent eye for food design and pairing unique flavors. Being from the South; Jaya inspires most of our seasonal flavors like sweet potato pie and peach cobbler.
Together we aim to create a menu and ambiance that feels & tastes like the home. We hope to see y'all soon!
